PRICING 

How can I get a quote for my home? We make it very simple. Just click on the link anywhere on the site that says GET AN INSTANT QUOTE. Try to submit as much information as possible and we will respond with a quote before the end of that business day!

Is a tip included in my pricing? No. All of our pricing does not include any tips or gratuity.  While your cleaning crew will definitely appreciate any gratuity for a job well done, it is not required.

Do you offer discounts on routine cleanings? We sure do! We offer discounts for weekly, biweekly, and monthly service.

AVAILABILITY FOR CONSULTATION

How do I schedule for an appointment to view my place? You can either call our office (678.216.7602) or send a message! You can also visit our Facebook calendar to schedule an appointment. Just pick your desired date and time and you are all set!

BILLING

What form of payment is accepted? We accept cash and card only.  As such we only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Is there a deposit required? 50% of your estimated cleaning is required ONLY if you are not paying on the date we come to do an in-house estimate. The remaining balance must be paid on the date of service.

​

What if you change your mind after paying the deposit or need to change the date of service? We understand things come up! You may request a full refund of deposit 3 days before the date of service. If you need to move the date then we will comply with trying to reschedule to the date that works best for you!

Do you have a refund policy? While we do not provide refunds, we will do everything in our power to provide you with the best cleaning experience possible. So if for any reason you are unhappy, just call or send us an e-mail within 48 hours of your service and we'll send someone out to make things right. That's our promise to you!

CLEANING PRODUCTS USED

We bring everything needed to provide you with a great cleaning experience.  We prefer to use traditional products in bathrooms as that is the best way of disinfecting surfaces. For customer who prefer green products to be used exclusively, that's not a problem! Just let us know and we can accommodate your needs.

SERVICE RELATED QUESTIONS

You are not required to be home at any point during your cleaning. That being said, if this is your first appointment, it's usually a good idea to be present when the cleaning crew arrives so that you can provide them with a walk-through of your home. Once your cleaning is complete, it's also a good idea to walk through the home again in order to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.

If you have a pet(s) please make sure that they are securely put up prior to our arrival for consultations and cleanings. 

​

Can our staff move/life furniture?  Unfortunately due to insurance regulations we do not move or lift furniture.  In regards to cleaning high windows and tall areas - we only reach 3-5 feet by usage of extending poles for certain cleaning tools such as dusting or window cleaning.  We cannot stand on furniture, tall ladders or items to reach anything over 5 feet of our reach.

OFFICE / COMMERCIAL CLEANING

How do I get a quote for my office/business? We try to make this as easy as possible. You can either call our office (678.216.7602) or email us. Once we have some basic information we can provide you with a ball park estimate. If that estimate sounds good to you, we will then need to schedule a short site visit in order to finalize that quote.

Do we require contracts for commercial cleaning? Yes. Our reoccurring commercial cleaning services require a 6 month commitment ONLY AFTER YOU ARE PLEASED with our services  for 30 days. If you would like to continue working with us after that 30 trail period, only then does the 6 month commitment come into play.
